Amazing coaches, amazing members and amazing atmosphere!

I started my Muay Thai journey in January 2024, and I wish I started sooner! Everyone here is very encouraging and supportive. Everyone celebrates each other and pushes each other to be the best they can! I love how everyone teaches and learns from each other; and helps each other out. The coaches always make sure they check in on you and always they make sure to recognize your accomplishments and efforts! By the end of each class I’m so happy that I went to get my work out in.

My family and I have been training at SBG for quite some time now, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. From Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to Muay Thai and wrestling, SBG offers a diverse range of martial arts disciplines for all ages and skill levels.

I've been attending jiu jitsu classes here for the last 2 months and have loved every minute of it. The people here are extremely friendly and everyone has a "forever student" mentality of continually wanting to learn. The instructors are very technical and approachable. They have classes in the day and evenings which works for me as I have a busy but flexible schedule. I personally also like to get feedback and grow, the instructors as well as other students continuously give good feedback and progress in their journey. This has been my best gym I’ve ever been to and my first martial arts gym the people there are amazing and really willing to show you and correct your mistakes.
