Muay Thai Kickboxing

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is the national sport and cultural martial art of Thailand. It was developed several hundreds of years ago as a form of close-combat that utilizes punches, kicks, knees, elbow strikes as well as countless combinations, counters and defenses to keep you safe on your feet.

All Muay Thai Classes are action packed and will provide you with a great cardio workout while you learn how to defend yourself and most importantly, have fun.

Our 8-Week Foundations Program for beginners just like you

We understand that getting started in something new is intimidating, especially Martial Arts. Unlike other gyms that just thrust you into a general class, all new Muay Thai students at SBG Scarborough start in our 8-week Foundations program. This beginner program is carefully designed to teach the most important Fundamentals of Muay Thai in a controlled, and non-intimidating setting. We'll even give you a free private lesson to ensure all your questions and concerns are addressed before you even get started.
