We understand that getting started in something new is intimidating, especially Martial Arts. Unlike other gyms that just thrust you into a general class, all new Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu students at SBG Scarborough start in our 12-week Foundations program. This beginner program is carefully designed to teach the most important Fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a controlled, and non-intimidating setting. We'll even give you a free private lesson with one of our qualified coaches to ensure all your questions and concerns are addressed before you even get started.
