I went to this gym for around 6 months in 2025 and moved out of Toronto and I trained with coach Jericho and coach Elijah for Muay Thai training and it was top notch! The training is well organized, kids are well disciplined and really polite and coach Jericho and Elijah make sure that you learn everything to the last bit and I genuinely learnt lots of life skills that I never knew in my life, and I really want to thank coach Jericho and Elijah for changing my life!

SBG FOREVER!!!

Been at SBG training for the last little while now nothing but a great set of coaches for both Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Great environment and great vibes. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get into striking Muay Thai / BJJ / MMA. All coaches including Coach Yun and all the coaches for Team Scorpion have been nothing but the best when it comes to the fight game and providing a great environment from beginners to professionals. Highly Recommend.

I’ve been training with SBG in Muay Thai for the past 4 months. I paused my training for a little while and when I returned recently, everyone remembered me and it felt like I had never left. As a woman, there are many other women who join classes every single day! It’s truly inspiring to see. I look up to my peers and the coaches a lot.

Each time I complete a class, I never regret it. I walk in feeling confident because of the close-nit community SBG offers. Don’t wait until you’re “fit” enough to start training! Everyone who walks into SBG no matter how active you are, is seen as equal.

I’m looking forward to becoming a better version of myself with SBG. Thank you SBG!

I’ve been training at this MMA gym for the past 6 months, focusing on both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai, and it’s been an excellent experience. All of the coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping students improve, regardless of skill level.

The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, making it a great place to train and learn. One thing I particularly appreciate is that the Jiu-Jitsu program incorporates elements of judo and wrestling, which provides a more complete grappling experience and helps develop well-rounded skills.

Overall, it’s a fantastic gym with great coaching, a supportive community, and high-quality training. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in martial arts.

SBG is not just your average gym where you learn a one two move and out the door you go. SBG is a family built on trust, loyalty, honour, and skills beyond the talent.
SBG coaches take the time to learn each individual and show them not just by talk also by actions, trust and the abilities to relate and capture the focus of all personalities.
SBG has been a beacon of growth, inspiration and hope, not only for my children but myself…. #BestGymOfAllTime

SBG is the best! My son is in the Chimps Kickboxing program and absolutely loves it. The coaches are amazing and so supportive, and create such a positive environment for all of the kids. The gym itself is super clean and well equipped. I've already noticed a change in my son's confidence since starting at SBG, and I love that this is a place where he has access to such strong, positive, and kind male role models as well. It's been a great new part of our lives and I can't recommend it enough, kids and adults alike!
