Programs

Micro Monkeys (Ages 5-7)

Our Micro Monkeys program is designed to introduce our youngest students to Jiu-Jitsu and help build coordination. The curriculum includes fun, fast-paced games & interactive drills to teach Jiu-Jitsu movements and fundamental techniques. Monthly life-skills are also introduced and discussed to promote and reinforce strong core values.

Chimps (Ages 7-10)

Our Chimps program helps to develop focus, coordination, strength and understanding of Jiu-Jitsu. Heavy emphasis on partnered drills teaches them how to be a great teammate and to develop confidence in through play. Monthly life-skills topics are discussed to help ensure positive development on and off the mats.

Juniors (Ages 10-14)

The Juniors program is designed to build a strong foundation and improve student’s coordination, strength and understanding of Jiu-Jitsu through interactive drills and movement specific games. Monthly life-skills topics are discussed emphasizing growth both on and off the mats.

Foundations

Our adult Foundations program is where all new comers start their SBG journey, whether they’re beginners or have years of training under their belt. In this class, we work on fundamentals – the postures and positions that allow our students to train safely. To us, fundamental doesn’t mean most basic; fundamentals are essentials. Our Foundations program is the artful introduction where the beginnings of great relationships are born.

Women’s BJJ

Train with women, taught by women. Our Women’s Jiu-Jitsu program is a Foundations level program to introduce women to the art and sport of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. All levels are welcome.

Combat Athlete Program (CAP) – Invite only

Our adult Combat Athlete Programs will take your training to the next level. In this class we dive deeper into each art to understand the concepts and strategies required play at a higher level. Along with more drilling and isolated sparring, each member will improve their fitness so the mind body relationship are further established.

MMA Comp – Invite only

Our adult MMA program helps to seamlessly blend all ranges of combat, from standup, clinch and ground, to produce well rounded martial artists and fighters.  To be eligible for this program, each athlete must complete the Foundations BJJ or Foundations Muay Thai program.  This will take your fitness level and your understanding of fighting to a whole new level.

Wrestling – Invite only

Our adult wrestling program will help to boost your mental toughness, athleticism and grappling skillsets.  Enhance your Jiu-Jitsu and MMA by adding this ancient art to your arsenal.

Open Mat – Members only

Open Mat times are free use of our facilities where members can spar, drill techniques, workout or just hang out.
